Depression is one of the issues that everyone is facing nowadays specially in countries where stress level is very high due to lack of jobs, fast paced lifestyle and too much consumerism. When you are hit by depression, you cannot just brush this off and sleep and wish that by the time you wake up everything is back to normal.
